Womb Priestess & Medicine Woman
THE MEDICINE WOMAN
The Sonoran Desert awakened my inner medicine woman. Her plants revealed their intelligence to me, and the wind whispered its ancient knowing. The desert—once an ocean, feminine in nature—has become a landscape of fire. There is a reason vision quests take place here: the land dissolves the unnecessary, and like the snake who dwells upon her soil, one sheds and emerges renewed. The Superstition Mountains became my ally when I relocated from the coast of California. Longing for ocean medicine, I entered into a deeper relationship with the land and was introduced to Ocotillo (Fouquieria splendens). She revealed herself as the coral reef of the desert—medicine for the feminine waters of the body, for the wombs of the Divine Feminine. She spoke of discernment, timing, and the arrival of true teachers. I listened. I found an apothecary near my home—SW Herb Shop—where I studied under the guidance of master Crone herbalists Kathy Gould, now an honoured ancestor, and Madeline Johnson. I apprenticed with them for two years, devoting myself to the plant realm through medicine making, formulation, and private client consultations. In time, other respected teachers entered my path: Asia Suler, Rosemary Gladstar, Susan Weed, Sajah Popham, and Eliot Cowan. Through Asia, Rosemary, and Susan, I refined my work with herbs for the womb. Through Sajah came herbal alchemy and medical astrology; through Eliot, plant spirit medicine. My practice of herbalism is rooted in direct, intimate relationship with the plants. Today, I weave this lineage-based knowledge into my work supporting women in womb healing and whole-woman vitality, particularly those who hold responsibility, leadership, and influence. The plant path has guided me home—to Mother Earth, to my ancestors, and to my body. It has cultivated reverence, precision, and trust in the feminine body’s innate intelligence. My mission is to mentor and train women who feel called to steward this wisdom with integrity, refinement, and devotion, for it is our birthright to hold, embody, and pass it forward.
THE PRIESTESS
The Rose whispered, “You are the Priestess—the Mary, the Magdalene, the Goddess in all her forms and names. Awaken, child, and awaken your sisters.”
It was through the Rose that I was initiated onto the Priestess Path—through plant spirit journeys that revealed the way, brought the teachers, mentors, and initiators, and opened me to this work of devotion and remembrance. A Priestess walks between realms. She is a living bridge between the upper and lower worlds, the natural and the divine. Her womb is the oracle—the middle world—through which nations, cultures, and futures are birthed. She is both ally and student of Mother Earth, and at the same time, Mother Earth and the cosmic womb embodied. She lives in humble devotion to higher learning, guided by integrity, love, and heart-led truth, bestowing beauty wherever she walks. She does not fear the dark, for she is the fertile darkness.
I, Cassandra, walk the path of the Sacred Feminine in devotion to love, art, beauty, divine union, and the Goddess. I am a lifelong student and practitioner of the esoteric arts—trained and initiated as a Qabalist and Egyptian Cosmologist. I am the founder of The Pythia Academy, a school devoted to the womb healing arts and the restoration of feminine oracle wisdom.
Alongside this work, I offer a small number of private one-to-one Empress Immersions. These are womb initiations for women who carry leadership, legacy, and wealth, and who feel the call to enter deeper communion with their body, power, and feminine authority. Each immersion is crafted in close relationship—drawing upon plant spirit medicine, hands on Mayan body work and womb massage. Embodied ritual—held with discretion, precision, and reverence. This work is offered by application and is reserved for those in leadership ready to meet themselves at the threshold of remembrance.
We are rising, powerful sisters. The remembrance has begun.
THE WOMAN
I am of Mexican and Salvadoran descent, born and raised in Burbank, California, on the ancestral homelands of the Tongva peoples. My early spiritual formation took place within the Jehovah’s Witness tradition, where my family lived in devotion to God, prayer, and service. Community, ritual, and scripture shaped my childhood, and from a young age I was in daily communication with spirit. Though I no longer resonate with the patriarchal structures of that religion, I hold deep gratitude for the early intimacy with the Divine it offered—an initiation that quietly laid the foundation for my work today. I have been in divine union with my partner, Tim, for nineteen years. He continues to stand as the masculine pillar in my life. Together, we are raising and homeschooling our three children—Liam, Luna, and Rose—whose presence has awakened my gifts, clarified my purpose, and deepened my devotion to the feminine path. Through childbirth and the initiation into motherhood, I crossed a sacred threshold. The rite of passage from maiden to mother revealed my power as a woman and creator of life. It awakened within me the medicine woman and mother priestess—the creatrix, the warrior, the queen, the mystic, and the alchemist. The woman I am today lives in devotion to family and to service: to the collective, to Mother Earth, to divine union, and to the Holy Father and Holy Mother. I remain a humble and devoted student of the Oracle Temple Arts, the plants, Kemetic mysteries, divination, and Hermetic Qabalah. I walk as a Magdalene Rose Priestess of Isis, committed to living the Beauty Way—where reverence, embodiment, and love guide each step. I am Eternal Womb.
